Jill MacDonald has served in the public sector for many years, holding a variety of roles and titles throughout her career.  However, the first thing her friends and family will tell you is that she has never forgotten where she came from or the issues that are close to her heart: community, family, equal rights, and the environment, are all ideals she has worked for all her adult life.  Jill MacDonald has set her standards high and will strive to continue Solana Beach’s path as a non-partisan business-friendly “City of Kindness” where responsible development can be balanced with our preservation of open spaces.
